Ryedale Rumble August 2010

All three routes on the Ryedale Rumble had hard bits; The 110 mile route had the most hard bits, I winced with pain for the riders on Rosedale battling cramp, tiredness and the 30% grades!

Bitter / Sweet day personally; Rosedale claimed the clutch on my car, Cycling Weekly printed my four pager on the event. Why is there so much ying and yang around? I just want the ying, thanks very much.
